Requirements

Warranty / Registration Card must have been completed and mailed back to our office in a timely fashion as noted on the original package within 10 days of purchase.

Dosage and installation instructions must have been followed completely and indicated run times and/or mileage must have been met.

Items must be returned within 30 days of their original invoice date.

Returned packages must have a pre-authorized RMA number marked clearly on the outside of the package.

Return package must include empty product bottles you are requesting refund for.

Obtaining a pre-authorized RMA number

Customers

To request a refund, contact the distributor who introduced you to the product. He/she will assist you in filling out a return authorization from (1502-a). NOTE: YOU MUST RETURN EMPTY BOTTLES to be eligible or refund.

Distributors/Installers

Please refer to your Agreement with ceramic Performance Worldwide, LLC prior to requesting a refund.

For processing your customers refund, you need to log in to your back office (My Account), navigate to the View Documentation section, download and fill out completely the return authorization form (1502-a), and submit it along with a copy of the original invoice to our office either by e-mail or by snail mail. Once all required documentation has been received and verified, we will generate an RMA number to be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned. Be sure to include the original bottles for all product customer is requesting refund on. Once you have the RMA #, you may refund the customer and you replacement product will accompany your next order.

Instructions

Returned items need to be packaged securely.

Returned packages must have your pre-authorized RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any package arriving without your pre-authorized RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused.

Expectations

Returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt. The account will be closed and the balance will be issued on a company check.

All shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE, including return shipping costs.
